Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at speechcontract.homes. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Speechcontract Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines, or do any other plumbing work. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Speechcontract Septic.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider is not our approval of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

This website offers general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different. What fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the location, the system design, soil conditions and local permit rules. Get a written quote from the provider before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a problem. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety First

Septic tanks and sewage can involve harmful gases, bacteria and deep open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank. Do not work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Speechcontract Septic when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this information correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or has no mistakes.
